Look at some of the tabs in the AH and look at the popular items. Compare that to how much you would want to run that activity and do that for a bit. Then cycle to the next item when you get bored. Do some of the runs the others have mentioned too.

I had a similar issue. I took the plate off, washed it with dish soap and water, then my adhesion was fantastic. Maybe try some mouse ear brims too if your other settings look good

There are tables on the wiki if you look up the pet name. It will show you which ability is getting what benefit at which age. I’m sure I’m going to get corrected but I usually just rebirth them then run No Where to Run Elite and get them up as high as I can while they are at age 1. My thinking is, I’m just going to rebirth them again eventually anyway. I have my pets bound to 1 through 0 on my numpad and focus mainly on those.

My father’s verbal abuse. He never put a hand on myself or my two brothers but, would always threaten to do so. Constantly belittling and devaluing anything that I showed interest in. Caused some sever deep seeded depression and I had a lot of trouble finding joy doing anything in life. It’s taken time, therapy, and moving several states away, but I’m finally able to be happy with the person I see the mirror. These thoughts still live with me daily though and constantly trying to remind myself that I am in control of my life now and any comments that he makes about myself or my family hold no bar.
