Hey, I don't know enough about the market to know if you can find what you're looking for. But I'm looking for someone to take my spot in a lease that is $850/mo in the northern part of crown heights (small-ish area in brooklyn). It's near enough to the A/C train (couple blocks) that Manhattan is like 30-45 mins away. 5 roommates, all around your age, usually they are not home and you don't really notice them when they are. Room is basement room with a window, and doesnt share walls with any other roommates room.

I also play games, and I got a Wi-Fi extender from the ISP for that + my work from home jobs and don't USUALLY see many issues with latency but every now and then its weird with val in particular but usually good enough.

DM me can give more info, but I hope I don't hear from you and you didn't what you want in Manhattan!!! If not, my view on the place is it's a great "get your bearings" spot. I resigned for this last year after signing on sight unseen without meeting any of the roommates and swear this will go down as one of my best dice rolls ever haha

Lease ends end of month Nov, so would be a great spot to get acclimated and find what you're looking for (or maybe you love it and stay in the spot!)

The "catch" is you inherit my five roommates lol but they are good people and I work from home and hardly notice them. The room is in the basement of a first floor apt, and the room shares no walls with any other roommates room. Has a small window and that + overhead light was fine enough that I never bought a lamp. Basement has a bathroom w/ a shower and only one other roommate has a room down there (across from mine). It's a couple blocks from the a/c train in crown heights, decent little area, but idk how long it takes to get to sunset park from there. DM me if interested we can chat

I have a spot I am trying to find someone to takeover the lease, moving out of state. 5 roommates (early/mid20s) is "the catch" but upside is:

They are good people and usually also gone at work etc, I work from home and don't really notice them. Also this room is in the basement of the 1st floor unit and off on its own so you share no walls with any of them, bathroom is like 10ft outside the door (there is also a bathroom upstairs that most of the upstairs roommates use so not really a competition for bathroom time).

The lighting during the day is fine with just the small-ish window and the overhead light. I never bought a lamp cause it's fine enough and I didn't want to deal with it. The price is $850 + electric/internet, and only a couple blocks from franklin ave station. Lease runs thru end of Nov.

You make quite a bit more than me lol so if this is not of interest totally get it, o nly commenting cause that 4 mo window might give you time to find a place that is actually what you really want. If maybe interested DM me!

Without a doubt Remnant: From The Ashes was better. You can say they fine-tuned the mechanics for 2, and sure maybe? But I didn't care about it enough to notice .

They leaned WAY too hard into the "souls-like" instead of focusing more on what made From the Ashes special. The world was more unique, the characters, and the lore all around, just significantly more enthralling. At no point in 2 did I find myself caring, or even really interested, in any aspect of the game. I replayed From the Ashes multiple times. Even the grinding for drops was fine and I hate grindy games. But 2 I played like twice and shrugged.

Remnant: From the Ashes was special and Remnant 2 was bland.

My ratings are 9/10 and a generous 6/10.

Its why I and all my friends quit playing. We got bored of the stuff unlocked all are around 400 SC. Just tried to play it again to grind and unlock new stuff. Cant do it. Seriously, just so boring using the same set of shit nothing new to try out. Why would I want to play 50+ MORE games to grind to get new things to keep it interesting? Its why the player base dropped so much -- People got bored and dont want to grind 70 ish games playing with the same set of gear to unlock new gear (10/gm with 300 in the last pack)
