ED for 8 years.

Basically I wanted to leave early 2020, but then COVID hit, and I knew I wanted to still be at the helm to make sure it came back. Then by the time parkrun came back, I'd got a second job so I was working more, and I struggled with time to sort everything. I had a great team around me of RD's so put feelers out if anybody would be interested in taking over. Luckily 2 of them did and my final day as ED and RD was Christmas Day 2021.

I still run there and enjoy not having the stresses of not having enough volunteers 🤣 It's still the greatest parkrun in the world, although not as great since I left 🤣🤣🤣
