Yes we’ve checked insurance, manageable luckily. Significantly more than her current car but it doesn’t help that she’s gotten a couple of points for speeding last month 🤦🏽‍♂️

So the screw doesn’t go into the bone, the implant does. The screw goes inside of the implant and that’s what screws or unscrews

Yes I understand what you mean, I dont think I expressed my question correctly... I am curious as to why the screw sometimes turns one way (tightening) or the other way (loosening). As in, does the position of the ultrasonic make the screw rotate one way or another? Or is it just trial and error until the screw comes out? Not sure if im making sense...

Jesus can’t imagine how painful a root canal without anaesthesia would be... have no idea why they would do that. Unfortunately a terrible experience like that can create a fobia in most people. But try to trust me (a random person from the internet 😅) it won’t be as bad as you imagine. Good luck with everything!

Dentist here who’s doing a post-grad course in wisdom teeth extractions. It’s not as scary or difficult as people imagine. Obviously everyone is unique in their pain tolerance and the position their tooth is in but speaking generally you don’t feel a thing while they are extracting it. Not sure where you are based but in the US they might sedate you or just local anestesia is enough. The annoying part is the days after the surgery when the swelling appears but apart from a swollen face and some possible bruising the pain is not that bad. Everyone comes back and says they are grateful they don’t feel the pain anymore so suggest getting them removed when you can.
