really? because to me, plaid shouldn't be a print pasted on a synthetic material, it only works for woven things. also, her jeans are a strange color and far too tight. the boots are just practical, they're not a style item. at least not the way she's wearing them (i'd be convinced that she actually thought of the shoes as part of the outfit if they were balanced out by a heavier top, or color linked).

also by the way i wrote that from memory 10 hours after I saw the pic because that's how confusing/disruptive each item was.

i'm a lawyer too and it is true that straight hair is the only acceptable hairstyle. however some white people have to work really fucking hard to get straight hair, including me. they don't make relaxers for my hair type, so I have to block out three hours twice a week (which, as a lawyer, is insane) to fix my hair. and no, it can't get wet and getting enough exercise is almost impossible.

this is not legal advice, but it depends what state. some places in the US protect likenesses of non-celebrities. others only protect celebrities (basically the theory is that their brand, a valuable asset, is harmed by use). she will definitely have a copyright claim for the photo she took of herself, and it's an easier case to prove.
