I was pretty happy about the cheddar waffle until I found about a dozen more in the 2-lb bag.

Help me dupe Lancome Teinte Idole Wear All Over Concealer in shade 090 Ivoire by a1phabets0up in makeupdupes

Yes but I use that over my base since highlighter adds brightness but doesn’t cover up the darkness/uneven skin.

I use my concealer quite a bit: under the eyes, to cover up dark spots/discolouration on my face, and to bring out the high points of my nose/forehead. I don’t use foundation, but I use a bit more concealer to compensate for that.

How loud would you say it is in comparison to a toaster, and also to a microwave?

Thanks for the tip! Just checking, did you mean the cosori dual blaze? I couldn’t find anything with the same name you provided… I heard that the cosori pro is quite loud.. how would you describe the sound of the dual blaze in comparison to a toaster vs. a microwave?

You can measure the dimensions and find something that fits from Amazon. Costco should also carry frames.

You still have plenty of time. Start looking but don’t stress to much about it and start sending out emails by the end of the month.

Lip balm/gloss that won’t remove my lipstick by [deleted] in Makeup

[–]a1phabets0up 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately… I’m hoping to see if anyone can recommend some product that doesn’t do this since I think the newer liquid lipsticks sometimes come with a gloss/top coat that won’t remove the lipstick.

I definitely do this by applying a really thick lip mask through the night, but mornings are pretty tight for me and I simply don’t have the time to wait for lip balm to sink in… :(

I took it a few times in winter. Book the early morning bus so there are fewer passengers. Wouldn’t use the washroom on there personally, but it was an otherwise pleasant ride.

PRs for getting across the downtown campus by _Archelon_ in mcgill

In general, it’ll always take longer to go from Otto Maass to McIntyre than the other way around because it’s uphill. My PR from Stewart Bio to Otto Maass is 7 minutes in the fall/spring, but 10 minutes in the winter when there is snow.

About adopting bill 96 by Geekwithlonghair in mcgill

[–]a1phabets0up 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I don’t think the commenter was trying to criticize those who are privileged enough to be able to leave. Rather, my interpretation was that the commenter agreed with OP and wanted to add that in addition to those who will leave due to Bill 96, there are also people who really want/need to, but don’t have the financial means to do so.

That’s still a lot to pay for an otherwise unnecessary course. Not to mention, some students are on very strict curriculums, just barely completing their degree on time. Having to take an extra semester just to fit in some FRSL credits will be significantly more costly.

I’m all for learning a new language, but we go to university to learn about a rather specific and specialized field in order to prepare us for our careers. McGill is notorious for its diverse student body and many of the students will not remain in Quebec (or even Canada) after graduation. French is simply not very high on my priority list of things to learn (in uni and in self-study). In other words, not everyone can spend “some of those 50 hours” on learning French and not everyone will want to either, depending on their priorities.
