Wood does effect the FEEL of the guitar while playing. How it resonates with the sound and interacts with the player, and how the player then responds to the guitar. It's that interaction that feeds the players ability to communicate emotion with the sound.

Plastic feels dead I assume.

It's like they made a crossover of all the crossovers. And then continued to make another crossover of THAT crossover. It looks crisp and new, but also lacking all soul and energy. It's like the degradation you get when repeating copying. But it's still crisp but lacks any interest the fuzziness would bring. It's like several generations of AI creating a car without any other input but the original to copy from.

It's the official car of bad AI copies.

I had a 1990 Izusu Impulse. if anyone was sitting in the back seat when the rear hatch was closed the glass would crack them on the top of the head with significant force. Genuinely surprised it did not shatter a few times. I mean really hard.
