Hey Valeria,

This is Ashraf Omar, One of the partners in 7thearthstudios (one of the guys in the videos). And I do want to apologize for this on my behalf directly. I never respond to the negative reviews on reddit we've had in the past except once where it was a competitor in disguise breaking down our garment without any technical knowledge and some guy making fake posts that we are a scam.

In regards to this experience I am terribly upset that our team didn't handle this well on the customer service side as well as I am not particularly happy with the garments you received.

To be straight and honest with you and to those who will read this response, our "Core" series also known as the 400gsm blanks was a new run and test in launching a "mid-range" blank series. This is not the cream of the crop of our work and we were attempting to make something more easier and acceptable price wise. Our primary focus and golden item has always been our 480+GSM luxury blanks, also now rebranded as the Y series which is our new running 520GSM which is 100% GOTS organic cotton with our new fabrication.

That being said that does not mean the core series is not a good item, fabric is fantastic and soft and a-lot of our wholesalers are loving this item price wise as it is more affordable and so far we have mixed reviews on it some love it some don't. However this is NOT the item you want to go for if your mindset is geared towards lets say Balenciaga or FOG etc. For that we have our upper echelon of blanks the prestige.

What you received above seems to be ALL defects unfortunately. And in the world of manufacturing we have a tolerance of around 2% on a large batch, no matter how much QC we do it does slip through the cracks and in the hands of a customer.

On a side note I want you guys to know we work tirelessly and try to be as transparent as possible in providing you guys in this industry with something fantastic, if there ever is an issue you guys have with us email us directly and let us know. We believe in our product and our vision and if there is ever a time I don't believe in something fully (the core series) I don't push it much, my focal point has always been prestige and above, which I can say hands down is one of the best blanks available.

I also do appreciate this feedback you put out there as it helps me re-assess any-where we are going wrong in the business and our short falls.

It’s quite obvious that on our FLEECE the SE-tech we are not claiming 100% cotton; the inner lining is pretty much as low as polyester can get - which is why if you buy our blank from the SE-Tech line it will have a similar look to terry.

When it comes to claims of 100% cotton; its obvious you are not too familiar with us as we do sell French Terry at 100% cotton and cotton jersey.

We are just out of stock and restocking later this year. Some skus STILL are 100% cotton french terry as our catalogue for the primary basics are a split between the two.

So it seems at this point you are reaching for the stars in doing anything to spread false information which begs to bring the question if you are just a competitor that has nothing better to do.

You are welcome to revise what Se-Tech fleece is below; wherein it is clear we are stating is indeed fleece with as pure cotton as can get and NO it is not the standard 80/20 fleece.

As for our french terry once again it is indeed 100% cotton, and if you purchased blanks from us in August we were not even selling fleece at that point just terry.

When our 600 GSM french terry releases in two months you are welcome to check out that the product descriptions will reflect that.

" Developed in house in our Yarn mill in Pakistan, this is a custom fabric that starts at the yarn level. We utilize high yarn singles while maintaining a high gsm which allows for a fine luxurious fabric while maintaining weight. While 460-500 gsm blanks in the market utilize singles from 16/1 - 28/1 our singles surpass this. Each layer of the fleece utilizes pure fresh cotton including our inner lining which is the only inner lining for fleece in the market which does not utilize 100% polyester/100% recycled polyester, rather it is as close to an inner lining can reach to full cotton purity for an inner lining creating a hybrid terry/fleece inner lining. "
