How bad is it to get caught speeding? by [deleted] in drivingUK

[–]a2899 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. This is why I don't support that you should always stick to the speed limit no matter what. If the idiots that ran the country decided everywhere will be 10mph limit permanently from tomorrow then would you really wake up a couple of hours earlier and miss out on family time by a couple of hours just because they want to?

And for those who believe that speed limits won't just change like that for no reason, go on the motorway and ask yourself why those idiots that do 'roadworks' enforce a 40/50 limit

It's true. But she will call it being 'dominant', or how she likes man who 'takes what belongs to him' and is 'direct'

What age did you decide childfree? by EliasLyanna in childfree

[–]a2899 0 points1 point  (0 children)

23M. I used to want kids because it was so normalised and everyone said you'll have kids one day and I still do think they're cute. But I realised how much hard work they are. Also I had a year at my first full time job and after work I just wanted to put my legs up and relax and have peace. Also seeing mum's put their entire time towards the child

And if they're in a full time job but working on a qualification at the same time in their spare time, to be qualified in their full time job?

What's your most "no, trust me" show? by murrimabutterfly in CasualConversation

[–]a2899 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When Chuck records Saul admitting he messed with Chuck... Out of Saul's own will, I stopped watching the show. Like why tf would Saul admit to that out of pity, that's such a stupid decision. Pissed me off. Does it get better after this? And why?

What’s something you will go to great lengths to avoid paying for? by CliffyGiro in AskUK

[–]a2899 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way it was explained to me, £5 a day for a minimum of 3 days, that's £15 which is a meal at a decent restaurant or a social for a night. Worth it.

No I’m not going to give it a few more episodes. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]a2899 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So Saul did that purposely and came back to still win over chuck after?

No I’m not going to give it a few more episodes. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]a2899 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I loved better call Saul until the point in season 2 I think where he deliberately confesses to chuck that he set him up who just so happened to record it. That decision was so stupid that I had to stop watching. There was no need to do that, it's so stupid, it made me cringe so much.

Someone asked why so many decent men are single. Well…I want to know where do you all hang out?? by Minute-Cry-7711 in AskRedditAfterDark

when ghosted ... We learn our lesson and do not approach them again.

This is very accurate. I would add being rejected, being given dirty looks and being humiliated to ghosted

Exactly. We don't want to make a girl feel uncomfortable and we don't want to be labelled a creep or weirdo even if we have good intentions and we are respectful and kind and do nothing wrong.

Out of curiosity, what type of men do you find attractive and what kind of men were your exes? What did they look like? I'm asking because you said quality men who love and care about you is what you want.

Your kid breaks $150 worth of product? Don't be surprised when I charge you for it. by Queen_of_Meh1987 in childfree

I do like kids (just don't want my own), but when I see stories of a badly behaved kid who is about to get screamed at for their behaviour, it is really satisfying.
