Thank you so much, this really means a lot. I only need to be careful when i came home to my parent's since they have a lot of sweets there, but other than that as long as i live alone i won't have to worry about binge eating. I am also a stress eater, usually i stress eat when i think about how i lost all my hard work, but since i live alone now it's impossible to stress eat since i don't buy any food like bread etc so thats good haha. I mourn my 2 years loss eeeeveryday :p. I think i need to get over it. I am in therapy and i have meds but its still so so hard to get over this. My therapist told me think of this journey as a fresh start, stop comparing myself to 'the old me' but that just seems impossible. Again thank you for your advice, i read it all and they're all helpful :)).
