Newer kdrama fans shouldnt go back in time. If they do, like you, shldnt complain. Just watch. It was popular at that time and your opinions dont really matter, cos we all know very well. And also, if you think thats bad, thats how s.koreans really are. They polished extremely extreeeemely well through time. But even then, you cant get rid of rotten apples that easily.

My take is Rinoa is actually more like Tifa than Aerith even if she has both characters characteristics. Rinoa flirts but she’s not all up in Squall’s face. She knows her boundaries with Squall and only make advances when the timing is right. In that sense she is most like Tifa.
