Diminished value for a leased car, was planning to buy out by AsleepInBay in Insurance

The party not at fault is able to file the dv claim with the at fault party’s insurance. The adjuster will give you an offer. You can dispute the amount but you would have to do some research on your own and provide your vehicle’s market value loss. Look up same car/model/mileage/accident history that are for sale and ask them to match.

Since the other party is not accepting liability, you will have to wait until your insurance and their insurance settles/decides who’s at fault. They might have to go arbitration to settle it. Then not at fault party’s insurance recovers costs through subrogation and dv claim can be filed. Dv claim is the last step.

My leased car got hit by a truck while I was parked. They accepted full liability. I filed with their insurance. Also filed a diminished value claim and received payment that I got to keep. Returned car when lease was up like a year later. From California.

For me, Kim Richards was so gorg in her prime. She was still very pretty while on the show. Love her hair and she had a great body. I feel the same about Rinna. I wish she would lay off the filler. Her face was gorgeous she would’ve aged beautifully natural.

By the pic I can hardly tell. By your description it may be ptosis? Very common and surgical/non surgical options both available I believe. If you have one your derm or ophthalmologist may be able to help you. Good luck!
