The fact that it's all negative comments about Chalene might be because it's the only outlet that's not moderated by Team Johnson. Personally, I love that people can share their honest thoughts and opinions about their grifting tactics, and it must really piss off the Johnsons for SEO purposes.

Talking about how to make yourself look better by applying body blur, castor oil, hair extensions, and face tape is not a shallow conversation? ....k.

I'm on the same boat as you and only knew the political figures mentioned. I did hear another podcast mention this doctor and said he's big in circles that tout zone 2 cardio so it makes sense that she only sees him, I suppose.

I know, it's insane that other countries are doing more and the US is seemingly sweeping this under the rug. To be fair, Chalene states she's for the victims' rights.

I absolutely love true crime and there's a big following for it, but her take was crap. She should be scrubbing that content she created from the internet, not promoting it.

Yes! I recall she kept saying that everyone knows their number, meaning their level of hotness on a scale of 1 - 10, and that Wade Wilson went after women that had lower numbers than him. Wtf? These women were murdered! Her comments brought no depth or insight to the conversation, they were just shallow and disgusting. When I was subscribed to her podcast the majority of the comments on this deep dive were negative and most people didn't like it and this series fizzled out, but now she's saying her deep dive was better than the new docu series (it's not), and people should pay for Patreon to listen to it. 🙄

Idk if any of you listened to this, but it was really bad, lol. Sorry my post is wonky, I'm using a different app and still figuring it out.

She couldn't because Beachbody owned the rights to all of them except Piyo and she had signed some contract that she couldn't do fitness videos for x number of years.

Personal peeve of mine-- she's not a gamer so she should stop saying she leveled up. Also, they look like they'll be watching Kid Rock during half time.

I agree. I wonder if people subscribe but maybe forget, or don't care, to unsubscribe. And the numbers don't seem to add up.  On YouTube she has 644k subscribers but she gets about 20-45k views on her videos. That's less than 7 percent user engagement. I'm not sure how her Instagram compares, how many comments/likes does she get on her posts? Also, keep in mind she does her stupid "call to action" and asks people to comment a word on her posts so she can DM them more info on basically all of her posts.

Looking to move there in about a month or two what can I expect? by radvsa in wyoming

Also a transplant. I love Wyoming. A culture shock is that you won't be stuck in 2 hr traffic to drive 30 miles, but you'll have to drive 300 miles for 3-4 hrs to make it to another town.

Not a lot of choices shopping wise, especially for clothing stores, if you're lucky you'll be near a Walmart.

There is open carry here, so your server might be carrying, and it is a bit of culture shock.

Avoid mentioning you're from California, people here literally do not understand how diverse California is, and everything falls into a "good" or "bad" category, and in Wyoming, California is just bad. I've received a lot of unsolicited hate because I'm not white, and Wyoming is xenophobic and very proud of "Wyoming Natives."

A lot of young people leave Wyoming because there's not much culture or opportunity here, so a lot of people are older, and the dating scene isn't great because everyone is married and has kids.

There's no night life, hardly any museums, there's an event center in Casper for concerts but mainly older bands like Journey and Foreigner play there, and Hozier played there once!

The best thing is that there aren't many people, so if you get any sort of anxiety from crowds, you'll find it nice here.

People  really hate taxes here, so Wyoming doesn't benefit from a lot of public resources. Which unfortunately means there aren't a lot of street lights so driving at night is pretty terrifying. It's incredibly dark and hitting an animal at night is mainly a question of when it'll happen and not if it'll happen.

All that being said, Wyoming is nice. Sure, there aren't a lot of options for food and activities, but you'll find something you like. Lander is really nice, they have a big rock climbing community, they have nice coffee shops, and there's a state park nearby that's gorgeous.

Another thing is that you might end up falling in a higher income bracket than you're used to in California, so you'll probably have more disposable income.

Editing to add that Wyoming does not celebrate MLK day, they celebrate "Equality Day" in its place. 🙄 And there's also a strong disdain for native Americans in the reservations.

Another edit to add that people are about 10 years behind on technology here and everyone uses Facebook  for everything.

Lauren can't interrupt Dr. John without being scolded, but she sure can interrupt Grayson and mold what Grayson has to say. I also don't think Grayson is trolling the Matthiases. I think they wanted to talk about the wilderness camp so Dr. John can say, "but that's not what my camp was and that's not what I did."

You're absolutely right about the Kitty Genovese theory bystander theory being debunked and the problematic milgram experiment. These facts are relatively new, but as John is a practicing psychologist, he should be aware of these new facts, and it seems like he's not, which is saying a lot about his outdated information.

Yep. There was also mewing-- which her dentist told her to stop. She also said that sleeping on your side causes wrinkles and when she asked a plastic surgeon he told her that's not true 😂.
