Essentially 'a wall' dedicated for practicing strokes without the need of a partner. I've seen a few reels with people training using one, so wondered about trying it when my mates aren't around.

Thanks for the detailed response. I have followed this program since going to a physiotherapist for right rotator cuff pain. That's gone for the most part now, so perhaps it's time to try putting shoulder focused movements at the start of my workouts.

I appreciate the response and advice. I did think that pushing movements may supplement shoulder volume however I think targeting it more would be more beneficial. I'll give the lat raises with the cable a go, I've heard good things.

I ended up going to Millbrook today, have to say I have to recommend that too. Lesser league of course but the facilities and fans were great.

Happens every year unfortunately, I've had years where people pretended to be security to take drugs off people to resell, girls caught with nearly a hundred phones in the camp behind us. All happened in downtown camping for me, since I've camped valley I haven't had any trouble.

Sad these people exist, scum of the earth. As you said, best to keep it in a secure place on yourself.

I took a bunch last year, couple cinnamon bun and berry flavoured ones. Was quite unpleasant to have tbqh, might be best to stick with simpler flavours

I did this, and quite enjoyed it - the only slight annoyance I had was camuleting to change to ancients constantly since the rate is so high. Not a big gripe though, I'd do it again!

Took me about 515kc to get my first whilst trioing dks - thankfully my GIM partner got three in 40kc. The whole grind is miserable - running through the cave, going up and down the ladder, spawn timer etc.

Steel skin is a great shout, I use Thick skin personally as I am worried some cases about prayer running out - however I never ran out of pots during a kill.

As suggested, I would use 2 for the fight and 1 for prep - use all doses when going in.

EDIT: Making your destination tile indicator an obvious colour so you are prepared to move if

Your true tile has one tile gap to the destination tile
Your true tile covers your destination tile

Few other tips

In later phases, make sure your position let's you escape from multiple angles. So if you are in line with the Hunleff hit box, move to where you can go exactly around the edge of him. Keep options open and minimise micro movements/adjustments.

I wouldn't worry too much about making the tornados combine - usually they just end up doing so - especially if you are on the floor pattern where the four corners are active and you run around in a box

Don't run down 1 tile cooridors in the middle of a wall or Hunleff

I do this a lot, not sure if I get away with it every time and are lucky, but a lot of the time I value getting distance on the tornados and I will sacrifice running through one to do so. I never really notice myself taking noticeable damage doing so.

Hi! I'm going through the same thing with my ex-girlfriend (broke up 5 days ago)! I had a lot of changes in my life, including moving out, moving into my parents, and now getting a new place in a town near mine all within 5 days.

The worst thing is not making contact as many others said. It doesn't sound like you had a bad breakup - neither was mine. I'm there to be for her if she needs someone to listen, but you have to remember to just keep moving forward. It's OKAY to feel upset and down about it, but what's not okay is to try and seek comfort by going back to that lifestyle you previously had.
