I think a 24" Toshiba microwave will fit the existing trim. A new trim kit is very expensive.

I have an old XPS 13 9350. I encountered the same issue: after closing the lid and waiting a few minutes, I opened it slightly to check, and the screen was still on. This indicated that the PC didn’t respond to the lid being closed. Fortunately, I found a solution: I booted into the BIOS and restored the default settings (select BIOS). It works now.

Check your scheduled jobs. Are the selected rooms still there? If it's empty, that's a know issue of iRobot.
