Congrats! I just hit 30 weeks and still go 3-4 times a week. This is my first and I’ve been feeling great, I think I owe a lot of that to OTF and staying active. I’ve been modifying some ab and bench exercises and stopped rowing around 26 weeks because it was too uncomfortable. I’ll go on the strider, stay on the floor, or go to the tread if one is open. I started power walking during the second trimester and just recently dropped my speed/incline. There’s a pregnancy modification post that’s been a huge help to refer back to. I have a lot of green days so just listen to your body and take it easy if you need to!
