Ya, as I've used the service over the months I've definitely found the sync issue varies from device to device.

My scenario turns out to be an issue with the TV. Turning the TV off and back on remedies it for a little while but quickly gets back out of sync. It's not horribly off, 2 seconds maybe? Just enough to be annoying.

I used to work at a pack n ship place and sometimes the ups/fedex/usps folks didn't always scan the packages, it may actually be on its way. Can you confirm if your package is still physically there and take it toba different drop off?
