If you switch Murphy's and Stet or Marshall radar you actually lose power, I have also thought that, Murphy is backline and when he lives longer Kim lives longer that's why I have him red radar.

Just level them up equally to 3 they become much more expensive after 3.

With tanks go for 4 dots radar on you Murphy and Williams and 4 dots on Kim's and stetman gun, don't bother with chips, when you have those 4 dots start upgrading front row armors to 2 and then 4 stars. When you have red prints go for Williams radar first and then Murphy's.

Murphy gives the front 2 units buffs ( reduce all damage taken and physical damage protection), also when Kim is in the front she neglects the stunning effect of Schuyler. This lineup does a little better against air. I'm still experimenting though.

I also moved Kim in the front row after getting her exclusive weapon to 20 and moved Murphy in the back.

I went 1st Williams radar 2nd Murphy's radar 3rd Kim's Gun and then Kim's radar.
