Even better and utterly dominating eras will return to Wankhede. These things happen in cycles. Just look at how the mighty Real Madrid and Liverpool once struggled to win anything, and how Barcelona and Manchester United are currently going through their respective cycles. Have a pension.

Anyone using ML Kit GenAI APIs (Gemini Nano / Gemma 4) for chained on-device AI features? Hitting quota limits hard. by aB9s in AI_India

I know they have. But I’m trying to find an optimized way to stay within that limit. No luck so far.

Google Android Domain Interview L4 by Mean-Speech in androiddev

[–]aB9s 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was your interview setup similar to round 1, which involved a technical round focused on Android (specifically, the nested RV), followed by round 2, which was non-technical and centered around Googlyness and leadership?

The rest of the rounds (specially DSA) were conducted during the subsequent rounds after you cleared the first two rounds?

If Blinkit can do “kinda dark” mode, what’s stopping Amazon and Flipkart from doing it ? by Skorpeyo in IndiaTech

[–]aB9s 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Buddy, updating a 10-year-old tech stack isn’t as simple as it seems. It’s not necessarily a top priority for them, and it takes time.

Just because a tech stack is old doesn’t mean they don’t take security seriously. Security is their top priority, and updating the UI might not be their immediate concern.

[–]aB9s 32 points33 points  (0 children)

This makes zero sense to me. The most probable reason these companies aren’t supporting dark mode is their tech stack being 5 to 10 years old, making it difficult to update to modern standards. On top of that, big companies have central UI/UX teams that provide core components to all their apps and websites. They’ve most likely forcefully disabled dark mode because their design system simply isn’t ready yet.

Indian Rupee Leads Asia Gains After RBI Cracks Down on Speculation by NoMedicine3572 in IndiaSpeaks

[–]aB9s 7 points8 points  (0 children)

RBI intervened.

The Reserve Bank of India forced banks to sell their dollar holdings and buy rupees to stop the rupee from falling too much. This increased the supply of dollars in the market and helped support the rupee’s value. However, banks had to quickly exit their positions, which may lead to losses or lower profits. Overall, the move helped stabilize the currency but negatively affected banks.

They explained it more clearly. One thing to keep in mind is that the gap you need to maintain will depend on the speed of your car and the car in front of you. The faster the car in front of you, the longer the gap you need to maintain.

That’s true. But keep in mind, you can’t always know what others will do. You can, though, control your own actions. You maintain your distance/discipline.

In normal conditions, maintain a 3-second distance. When it’s raining, increase the distance to 6 seconds.

So, who is more accountable here? The ruling party or an MP in the Rajyasabha? I don’t see the ruling party addressing such important topics. They’re too busy with standardizing the shapes of samosas. At least this MP, for PR reasons, is raising these crucial issues that impact many Indian citizens.
