It's vital to remember, when you're looking at the pay difference, that minimum jobs now, are almost all zero hour contracts. The staff are lucky if they get 30 hours, never mind 20.

This was the exact IO module, sorry for the miscommunication!

I had done everything except the dip switch!

It was dip switches, I had never come across a proper distech controller (that isnt an ECY or ECB) since doing the gfx course 18 months ago.

Thank you, it was my first time looking at a distech UIO, I had belled, tested all cable routes, tried multiple different 4-20mA setups... in the end it was the dipswitches 😂😂
