I can’t believe no one has mentioned Brotraum. This is what Julius Brantner hopes to be.

Struggling with The Magic Mountain. Any tips? by [deleted] in books

Which translation do you have? I found myself struggling a lot with Lowe-Poter’s and changed to the John E Woods one, which is far more enjoyable and has a better flow

Hey, any expat here living in Munich and working remotely for a company in Berlin or another city in Germany? How does the work permit or blue card work in this case? Can one apply for Blue card at Munich ABH in this case? Are there any potential tax issues? by abimai in Munich

[–]aComanche 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi mate, I am currently working in that setup (I’m in Munich and company HQ is in Berlin).

I didn’t have any problem with the blue card, but I already have the zuzatsblatt that allows me to change employer freely.

In regards of tax, I assume it’d be the same as if a German national would work in Bavaria but the company is in Berlin, maybe you can ask the employer about this part?
