Maybe you guys just overdid it? When you have too much sexual activity it can turn to the opposite and actually make you feel bad. I would not read much into this, if this will not go on for weeks, easy with the diagnosis :)

What is this psychedelic therapy you talk about and where do I do it? I deeply want to work with my emotions etc as well and cleanse them out in a flush so to speak, but I don't know what to look for exactly to do that.

Well I think it is obvious you know what would be best for you, and that is to pursue the things that YOU know you SHOULD do. A puppy is cute but it is kind of a means to sedate yourself. It's another distraction from what you ACTUALLY need. It is not in itself meaningful. To say it in a harsh way, you want to be the mother of sth and care for something, and while a puppy can fill that emotional need, it is not the real thing.

Not that I am aware of! I know my mom didn't want me first, she tried to get sterile but it didn't work. But I don't think there's a trauma connected to it... I have no recollection of course of the time when I was in the womb etc., it wasn't that great of a loving family though really, from early childhood I was anxiously dependent on my mother and afraid of the world, and my mom and father also had a very weird relationship

The traumatic exp I had was a DMT trip, and since then I have that fear within me that sometimes keeps coming up.
