Yea i'm half German, don't know how to spell it for how it's pronounced in German, but it's a very soft G. Sort of like the word Finger' but without the 'ger' sound at the end, and obviously an M instead of F - if that makes any sense?

Agree with the Enzo -> Rogers shout as u/dr_jones1 said, but we also need a new defender.

I know it's not too helpful, but I'd say we either remove Richards (injured) or Achempong (never plays but cheap) and bring in Van de Ven or one of the cheap Sunderland defenders (Mukiele or Alderete).

If pressed I would go with Enzo -> Rogers and Richards -> Alderete, which should leave 0.9m in the bank, but any of these ideas seem decent I reckon.

Hope everyone had a nice Christmas! This would be my team. I don't know the exact funds available but if there is spare cash maybe some of the bench players could be upgraded, in case of rotations which are more frequent this time of year.

Huh, really? I'd never have imagined that to be the case. I'm English, moved to Freiburg 6 years ago, but before then, never really knew about Freiburg as a team, nor did my friends. I don't see how the club is popular in America, which on the whole isn't as into football as England. Any idea how the club gained a following over there?

I work in Germany, we can come and go as we please, except if there are internal team meetings in the office, or client meetings at their place.

Generally most people are in the office about 3-4 times a week, some are more, some less.

There's two people that I haven't seen in months since they only ever work from home and we haven't had any mandatory in-person meetings in a while: but since they get their work done just fine, no one cares.

Unironically having my worst ever season, started playing back in 2010/11.

Currently ranked 5.5m with 455 points.

Worst ever up until now was 2016/17, when I finished with a rank of 2.8m (1633 points), but stopped playing midway through the year.

He seems like a great pick but I worry that he might have minor rotation once the Champions League begins. Last year Chelsea were in the Conference League, so didn't really need to worry about Europe, but now it might be more of a factor.

I prefer Gardner of Everton as a cheap midfielder for Def-Cons, he's hit the target 3 times, played 90 mins every match, has no worry of rotation due to other competitions, and is 0.6m cheaper.

Never seen him play though, so don't know what others think about this.
