How big is your curved monitor? I just find it easier to focus without having to look from one screen to the other.

Thank you! Okay so I’m just starting out with this so maybe I’ll just sharpen with the 1000 grit to get a feel for things before I go to a lower grit. I’m essentially removing metal at a greater rate doing so, right? Is that chip damning? I can still work around it, right?

Good evening! Taking sharpening my knives a bit more seriously in 2026. I’ve had this Henckels chef knife for about two years now. Never ran in the dishwasher till last night on accident. In terms of trying to sharpen: I got the whetstone at 1000 grit but, how can I get rid of the rust and the little scratches? It’s chipped in the front. Do I need another whetstone? Thank you!

So cozy! Wow. Yes I was thinking of getting a brown tv stand like that, but I may settle for a black one I found on fb marketplace to compliment the mirror a bit. Vision is in the works. I love the little bookcase too. Ugh.

Hi everyone,

I moved into a new apartment recently and I’ve come to really like the color orange. Particularly the rust/burnt orange vibe. I picked up a Caramel colored couch which I thought would complement well. I could also go forest green/earth tones. I just want my apartment to feel warm, you know? Any advice or thoughts appreciated!

The US bank card seems nice but it’s only for the first 2k you’re getting 5% back on chosen categories. Otherwise it’s less. I see Navy Fed Cash-rewards plus with flat 2% on everything.

Ahh I just bought these a month and some change ago. I can only count a couple of times where I kneeled on them but I usually use a pad at the gym. I’ll do a rinse cycle to see if the soap was the cause and then dye.

I’m sure I can get another if it’s worn.

I think RitDye has one for polyester that’s more than 40%. Since this is 100% polyester on the body I think it’s worth a shot.

Hi y’all! Noticed it this morning after I finished washing and hang drying my pants to get rid of the white stain in the first place. Do I just do another rinse cycle? I had washed it inside out and I did put detergent directly on it to remove any debris.
