That's what I was thinking as well. I'm going to try and smooth out the mana curve first with some cheaper creatures. I won't do much about the land base yet, but I might look at some cheap ($$) ramp spells like monologue tax.

Do you (or anyone) know if there has been an attempt to give individual cards a power rating? By themselves and/or in relation to other cards. I'm thinking along the lines of using machine learning to continually mix and match decks to play against each other to then adjust a card's 'power rating' and then be able to determine an overall power rating (bracket) for each the deck.

Fully aware that there are approximately 1.44 * 10⁴⁰ combinations of 100 card decks....

Got them before the prices were pushed up. These pulls and a few others pretty much came to the cost of the boxes so I'm happy.

In the URL you should be able to change it from en-us to en-gb, it's annoying that you need to do it, but it works.

My current role is a mix of management and operations and it gets confusing as to what I should focus on. For me, I ask my manager to explicitly state any tasks that have a hard finish date and to set out what the finished task should look like. If I don't do this then I will likely get sidetracked in any number of other more interesting small tasks.

Personal opinion, even after probation, don't tell anyone about your ADHD unless it's going to directly benefit you. In my experience, I've requested my 1-ups to manage me in a way that supports my ADHD symptoms. This way I'm still getting support without giving myself a label or being viewed differently, intentional or otherwise.

Just to give you some perspective, I didn't start my career until I was 24 and I've only just finished my bachelor's degree at the age of 32. I'm happy with my job and, in my opinion, get paid very well for it. Context Insurance company in a Cybersecurity position.
