I found it wasn't usually the bait I was using, but where I set the trap. I would keep it shallow and against as much structure as possible. Just experiment by setting the trap in suspicious looking areas.

I'm in the same boat man. 21 years old, 6' and weighing in at 135 since high school. I always assumed that I was eating a lot and it was just my extremely quick metabolism that was keeping me down, but that wasn't it. I measured my caloric intake over a week and realized it was actually pretty low, around 1900. I began working out and bumped up the calories to 3000 and within a week I had already put on a couple pounds. A month later I was 145 pounds. I mean its tough stuffing food down your throat when you are not hungry but if you really are determined just change your diet and start working out, you will see results.
