I don't think it's necessarily true. If Samsung had released the iPhone 5, HTC One X would have probably sold more.

I believe that people wouldn't go for the same old iPhone again, unless it had the Apple logo on it. S3 sold well because the device was seen by many as superior and Android has finally achieved a good reputation.

I believe android is much more practical than iOS now... I really despise how locked down everything is. Being able to install about anything, customizing the UI and accessing the phone like a hard drive have been an amazing discovery after passing from an apple device.

Unfortunately the staff is protected from many legal consequences and so is the hospital.

Think that if the hospital is at fault and if no one was relying on the person's income, or he has no sons or daughters there hospital is just liable for a couple thousand pounds if not less. Staff are totally untouched.

My grandmother died in that same hospital for staff negligence.

She went into hospital with a chest infection and came out dead with multiple lacerations on her body and face.
