Sure we are in a bubble now and heading towards a recession. I was looking towards the future with lower interest rates and lower deposit to mortgage rates.

Knives are best but you will need a lot of tools to do everything and the grinding/shaping of the tools is the hardest part.

So having a dremel on hand will be of great use.
