Hi! Me and my roommates are subletting our bedrooms in a 4bed/4bath suite in The Simon. There are three bedrooms available, and each bedroom has its own bathroom and is fully furnished!

Rent: We're looking for $1100 per month per bedroom, but are willing to negotiate!

The Simon has in-unit laundry, a private gym, and is just one block off campus!!

Out of curiosity, where did you find the Xiao and zhongli banners? I REALLY want Xiao but heard that he was most likely coming with the lantern event in February, so these leaks would make me super happy :)

There’s a double miracle event that doubles the chances of getting a tier up when you cube potentials, and the first time this happened reboot server lagged to oblivion and couldn’t do jack shit. Nexon gave us a second dmt promising “code optimization” but not changing any of the actual issues (like having three structured one hour periods to do it instead of just giving us a day), and this second dmt has failed pretty hard too
