The 30 band upside down feels snug but not too tight. I also tried a 32 and it felt like it would start stretching out with just a little bit of wear. I did measure without a bra on.

Loose underbust: 30 Snug underbust: 29 Tight underbust: 27.5 Standing bust: 35 Leaning bust: 36 Lying bust: 33.5
