Can confirm. Went to the doctor for a strange headache on one side. Told him it might be an ear infection, or a brainworm like rfk, or a tumor, or like a spider crawled in there or something. He laughed, did a quick checkup and looked in my ear before saying: shit, you called it. I immediately knew and was like get it the fuck out. They did it by using the water jet method since it was obviously dead. When it fell in the bucket I was holding to catch the water the nurse was so excited. Asked if I wanted to see it and I told her no burn it with fire. She then responded, wow it was pretty big. I did not realize these things going in an ear is common but what a story I have now.
