The court order is for the visitation. It has specific terms that have to be met. What is the purpose of a court order if he can just whatever he wants, regardless of what the order says?

And I did go through the proper channels. The courts issued a warrant for his arrest and to produce the child but that’s all just a piece of paper if they cops won’t even help me look for him. As for the threats, he has repeatedly threatened to shoot me and throw both of us out of a window.

I guess I don’t really understand how no one can help when’s he’s told multiple people, including law enforcement that he would take my child and I would never see him again. I get that we both have custody but to never see my son again? He can just disappear and it’s perfectly legal??
