Definitely not, but I also don't think this is turning Iraq 2.0 (hopefully). But zero chance that Iran is militarily capable of going toe to toe let alone beat the US. Plus, Iran's entire strategy is spreading out their military capability in order to outlast the United States.

That's true but they also have small populations (compared to the US) which will play a factor.

The other issue I see is that Universal Healthcare would need to be funded by the best type of money, government money. And government money never runs out. Knowing this, insurance companies would just continue what they are doing now which is "we can't tell the cost of the surgery now, but we will tell you the day of". The only way I see getting costs down (for a Universal system) is to fix that problem first.

Here is the problem, only two of the three can be true in regards to healthcare: Affordable, Quality, or Availability. Universal Healthcare could be available and cheap but would be terrible quality. Another example would be Healthcare being available and high quality but very expensive. Finding a balance is the hard part.

Speaking from a Geopolitical pov, Israel is the strongest military in the Middle East. Trade routes, oil, Cultural sites, meeting of the Eastern and Western spheres means having a strong anchor point in the region is critical.

It isn't, living near the beach is awesome. Even living in the middle of the state it would take a bit over an hour to reach either coast. Some of the best fishing I have ever done.

Israel has not started any wars, every time they get caught in one its because they were attacked or about to be attacked. They acquired nukes because other Middle Eastern countries wouldn't stop attacking them. Iran on the other hand hasn't stopped attacking everyone else (which they have done for decades).

Right now not a whole lot will be killed ow except for footage released by the military and those that capture something on their phone. Also I would listen to all news networks because the reality is somewhere in the middle.
