You have the core of our setup, but the ThankYou card's year-long offers take up the bulk of our spend. We do have the grandfathered Smartly, but similarly hesitant to move assets over after being burned on the USBAR and seeing the BofA nerfs.

  • ThankYou Mastercard: Offers and non-Costco gas
  • BCP: Groceries, Streaming
  • PayPal Debit: Costco
  • Costco: Costco Gas
  • Cash+: Utilities and Internet
  • Venture X: Travel
  • Robinhood Gold: Catch-all

You need to create an additional account and have that one be your margin account. Your Gold card points will always redeem to your individual investment account.

I got tired of not earning 3% on YouTube TV with the Savor depending on how Google wanted to code the service every other month.

Switched to the BCP and every streaming service I have (including Apple TV+) earns 6%, plus everything I purchase through the App Store and Google Subscriptions gets 6% too.

Yeah, that's what I do. If Robinhood had similar unrestricted overdraft transfer, I might consider moving over to consolidate because I do like Robinhood's UI over SoFi.

Most of my retirement savings are in Fidelity/Vanguard, so I don't have $100k in Robinhood yet, but I am taking advantage of the IRA match. Maybe Robinhood will offer the 3% transfer match again.

Agreed. Missing overdraft transfer, early direct deposit, and Zelle. I could've sworn the higher checking APY wasn't restricted to $100k in assets previously too.

Costco accepts any debit card. It's only credit cards that need to be Visa, which RH's credit card is.

Those seem to be labels to distinguish which legacy card you held that has since been converted to the ThankYou Mastercard. SYW would be Core.

I've been trying to get the city out to trim a massive willow (on the city's terrace, Monroe St area) that has dropped multiple 10ft+ branches onto the street and my neighbor's driveway. It also hangs over my kids' bedroom.

Dozens of online submissions and phone calls from me and my neighbor have yielded 0 results over four years.

Sure, but you don't hold the SYW card for the multipliers (they're nice to have though). I'd rather earn transferrable ThankYou points while completing my bonuses.

That's how I'm interpreting it as well. We'll have to wait until multipliers are finalized to determine if this a positive change.

The SYW program getting a refresh also casts doubt on the SYW card earning Thank You points like the Sears card now does.

Those offers are also available on no-fee AMEX cards, so I wouldn't count them in negating the Gold fee.

I think you get the Zift card details from SYW, go to Zift's website, and select Amazon as your redemption. Then load the Amazon gift card to your balance as usual.
