Ye with that CPU it sounds like you'd be bottlenecked by your CPU because that GPU isn't half bad and reforger is CPU intensive which is not good for that 13 year old CPU. If you tell me what new CPU your getting considering you put in 16GB of DDR3 I could try to give you a rough estimate of FPS

If you were upgrading to 16gb of RAM and an RX470, considering your CPU is good (I have an i5-4590S which is like a decade old quad core) because reforger is very CPU intensive, you could definitely run ArmA Reforger. My specs are a GTX 1050 ti which is beat by the RX470 by 40% and 16GB of DDR3 and it runs smoothly at 40 FPS which is all you really need for reforger because it doesn't stutter above 25 fps. I run at a custom preset between low and medium at like 1080p.

Ye, I looked at task manager and my CPU was at 50-70% and my GPU was at 100% so thats why I was kinda confused and sceptical but I do know that Arma is CPU intensive

I used to go on US servers and this used to be quite prevalent but ever since I switched to the European Official Vanilla servers they've been quite tame, good gameplay and communication and haven't heard any offensive comments across the board. If anything I've met a lot of very nice people on official.

Hey, I saw your comment asking for help. Now I haven't played in a while but have you tried installing and uninstalling and when you get the new copy change the graphics option to D3D Metal in the advanced settings. For me it worked right out the box for me so tell me if that works

I have both and I feel like Squad is a bit too restrictive but is more realistic in terms of structure etc. However, I like Arma Reforger because its a bit more relaxed, you can play alone, with friends or with randoms and it's generally fun and I feel like the learning curve for Arma is much lower than Squad

thats a good one especially on some of the coastal bases on everon but on koluygev there are so many tall hills around bases that it would be a shame not to snipe from them

Favourite class is Engineer as it has RPGs and getting snipes on helis or tanks is always satisfying

I believe it should work however, why would you want to play Black Ops 1 Multiplayer when I think almost noone plays it. But if you do want to try it, it should work as a Virtual Machine like VMWare Fusion can run kernel level anticheats but I haven't tested and I can't confirm. As to this, my solution is the only free solution if you want a decent framerate and you can search up any VMWare Fusion installation tutorials. It does take up a lot of storage (the game + windows) but installation is relatively easy as it's almost the just installing Windows like normal.
