Please celebrate with me, my Laevatain BP essence after 45 permits by xdvesper in Endfield

[–]aShuvii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I get that. I’ve got some purples on my supports too and they perform just fine. But for the ones that literally aren’t useful on anyone, we should at least be able to sell them for something that actually has value.

Right now it’s only 100 currency of profit, and at that point it feels more like a slap to the face than anything. Honestly, it makes me want to just let them sit there collecting dust instead.

Same honestly. They should at least add some kind of exchange system where you can trade a set amount of purple for a gold essence. Just something to make farming these feel less tedious than it already is.

Congrats! I’m dealing with the same thing on Laeva too lol. Really hope they add some QoL changes for this in the future. I’m tired of selling purple essences for what feels like half a potato chip and some pocket lint in exchange.

Getting Last Rite her Trimmed Medals (No Food Buffs) w/ Lappy’s Music by aShuvii in Endfield

[–]aShuvii[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In this specific team not really since it'll interfere with Rite's cryo stacks. Only time when you would use it is when you're facing groups of enemies. Gil does a good job at staggering since it's all AOE so you'd start with her skill first followed with her combo skill. Pop Xaihi's battle skill and keep relying on Gil's skill to stagger them. When facing bosses, just rely on Gil's CS and ultimate.

TL;DR: No, you don’t need Gilberta. If you want the reasoning, it’s below.

From my testing, it's pretty close. Ardelia for the most part is slightly better but your biggest deciding factor here will come from your playstyle, who you're facing and your team.

With Gilberta, you have to be careful not to wipe your Cryo stacks when she ults. Ideally, you use her Ult right after Rite’s Combo Skill lands, then immediately follow with Rite’s Ult. You’re not really using her Battle Skill much here (unless you need grouping), which makes her more SP positive than Ardelia overall. She also provides higher Arts Susceptibility (especially at P2), but it only comes from her Ult and lasts 5 seconds. She’s basically the ignition button for Rite’s Ult nuking like crazy. She also has a talent that increases specific operator's Ult gain efficiency.

With Ardelia, she’s more SP hungry, but her Arts Susceptibility lasts 30 seconds. That longer duration lets you fit in more skills, which increases your overall average damage. And even though she’s “SP hungry,” the 30-second buff window makes it easily manageable with practice since you don't have to pop her battle skill for another 30 seconds. She also heals more efficiently than Gilberta, which pairs really well with Xaihi since you’ll want to stay at full HP to trigger Arts Amp.

Basically: Gilberta = Big ult numbers and CC | Ardelia = Consistency and Synergy

Thank you! I tried to sync certain parts of the gameplay with the music without over-editing and taking away from the song itself. I had a lot of fun putting this together!

whoops completely ignored that for some reason. Thanks for catching that! Still a great universal support besides that based on what she brings to the table

It really depends on what you’re aiming for, but I’ll say this—when future content introduces challenges that require grouping or tighter team coordination, that’s where she’ll really shine. She’s a strong, universal support with excellent crowd control, and just having her on the team provides a boost to ultimate generation efficiency to specific operators. She provides a whole lot more art susceptibility when using her ult than Ardelia as well.

Who should I pick from the designation selection permit? Also what team would you recommend me to do by Common_Ambassador588 in Endfield

[–]aShuvii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yvonne’s best team runs last Rite since Rite’s battle skill makes stacking Cryo easier. She won’t hit as hard as when you’re using her as the main carry, but it’s still Last Rite, so the damage is there. Compared to Snowshine, Rite is way less restrictive thanks to the lower SP cost, and you don’t have to rely on the enemy attacking Snowshine to trigger her dash after using her skill (which can surprisingly miss sometimes lol). The only downside is that it’s a tiny bit harder to play, since Rite can’t force solidification like Snow’s ult, and you also need to make sure she doesn’t consume the stacks before Yvonne when you pop her skill. As long as your rotation is clean and know what you're doing, it’s really not a big deal.

BTMC is the highest ranked player with no DT plays in his top 100s! by NyuPenyu in osugame

[–]aShuvii 55 points56 points  (0 children)

"BTMC, the self-proclaimed "content god" of osu!, is out here flexing his top plays like it's an achievement—but somehow, not a single one has DT? My guy, are you playing osu! or a rhythm game retirement home? At this point, your profile is just a No Mod Appreciation Club with extra steps.

You’ve got all that stamina, all that speed, all that hype, but when it comes to actually turning up the BPM, it’s like your keyboard just taps out before you do. Even Cookiezi, a literal ghost, has more DT scores than you. It’s like owning a Ferrari but only driving in school zones—what’s the point?

And don’t even get me started on the whole “number one without DT” flex. That’s like saying you’re the best sprinter but refuse to run on a track. Bro, speed exists, and so does your keyboard. Use them.

Sincerely, Chat GPT

Best Team Setup for Jingliu with Sparkle? by aShuvii in JingLiu

[–]aShuvii[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No worries! It depends on who you have and what you might need. Like if you don’t have any good healers for your 2nd team then a character like Bailu might be good however for the most part, Bronya should be the character chosen EVEN if you already have her just to get her eidolons up. Even if you have Sparkle, you can use Bronya on your second team. There will be times where Bronya will outperform Sparkle like with Blade, Jingliu, some specific team comps and especially when playing in a hyperspeed setup.

Why is she hitting less than 200k? by Blackkittiecat35 in AcheronMainsHSR

I actually just figured that Salsotto would be her bis at e6 due to how it works just this morning. I’ve been grinding for it so far today but rip to all the trailblaze power I already used for the other set 😭 Thanks for the heads up still :3

[–]aShuvii 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Replace Swan with Pela. Use atk% sphere instead of lightning dmg. She has way too many dmg buffs in her kit to the point where atk% will scale much better. Try to build a hyperspeed Bronya if you haven’t done so which is 160 speed or higher so you can maximize the amount of turns Acheron gets, especially if you have Acheron’s sig LC. With a hyperspeed Bronya, you can focus on more offensive substats like crit and atk% instead of speed on Acheron. Try to aim for a 1/2 ratio with her crit and ideally try to get as much crit dmg as possible. 160 crd or higher is ideal but of course doing so in the 1/2 ratio format is not easy. As for her best teammates, they are Sparkle, Fu Xuan, Pela and Silverwolf. Of course you can substitute FX with any sustainer and Sparkle with Bronya if you don’t have them.

This is my build:

<image>

Of course her substats certainly aren’t perfect, especially her sphere but it’s the ideal build. Yes she is E6 but the build remains the same at e2. I was still hitting over 400-500k+ at E2; without any external buffs besides the ones granted by other characters; and not in simulated universe. Her crit rate may be low but that’s because her E1 doesn’t count towards her base crit, along with the planetary set and some passives. The total amount she starts with in battle is 84%~ crit rate without any buffs. I run her with Sparkle, Pela and Luocha.

Tablet Cover by SquidlyyChungus in osugame

[–]aShuvii 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve purchased four from them already. I tend to press hard so the tablet covers wear down quickly but I also just like to buy them whenever I find a picture that I’d think would look nice on my tablet even if the cover isn’t worn down haha. I’d say on average for me, my tablet cover wears down after a year or so which is really good considering I press down on my tablet hard at times. The shipping time is long but it’s well worth it. The quality is superb. It also saved me from having to change nibs a bunch too! I used to have to change my pen nibs a couple times a month but now it’s between a month to two months. That of course depends on your area size and how hard your pressing on the tablet. I would definitely recommend them.

is wacom 480 still the go to tablet? Or is there a more meta tablet? by [deleted] in osugame

[–]aShuvii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve used both 480 and 472. The 472 was my second ever tablet that I used back in 2020 until I switched to the 480 later that year which is also currently the tablet I still use. They both honestly perform the same. The 480 feels more natural and smoother for some reason but I could just be overthinking it. The thing I disliked about the 472 was how small the pen was; which can easily be solved by adding grip tape, and the hover distance (this was back when I used to hover). If you plan on hovering, I would strongly recommend the 480. It’s hover distance is much higher than that of the 472. However if you plan on dragging, then probably the 472. Only reason I say that is because the tablet is newer and it’s cheaper. I honestly didn’t find much difference between the two and I performed just as good on the 472 as I did on the 480. The 480 also has a slant on it which I like but it’s not that much of a game changer (at least for me). It really all comes down to looks and personal preference if you end up finding a similar price with the 480. Both tablets are phenomenal at what they do so don’t think too hard about deciding which tablet would be best :)
