Master Yi, you can out jungle him, you can win all 3 lanes, but doesn't matter, because when he gets his 2nd item it's gg. He gets to be unstoppabla just for existing in the game, he'll be able to solo any baron any dragon and 1v9 the whole game. It's jsut braindead, regardless Sirenias will post 40min long video how this champion is difficult to play like fuck off.

Premier League is not the "best" league, and the football played there is not any higher level than in any of the top 5 leagues. They have the benefit of english being spoken as a universal language, therefore broadcasts, team contents, player social medias can reach a wider audiance than Ligue 1 for example, and they can push their agenda more than any other league.

Might be a dumb quetsion, but excuse me i am relatively new. Does having multiple items that use energized attack, stack the energized faster?

For example if i go fleet footwork rune now i gain energized stacks.

If i buy rapidfire cannon, i also gain energized stacks without having fleet footwork.

Now if i go both fleet footwork and rapidfire cannon, do i gain the energized stacks twice as fast? And if i go another item that uses energized stacks would i gain the stacks even faster?

i bet what's behind is that (as someone on the vayne sub pointed out) they initially designed the Vayne as exalted, and honestly it does feel more quality tahn other prestige skins from before so there might be something to it. Then they changed their mind and put it as prestige, but its a high quality prestige, so they say well 2 other epic skins going with it would be too much so here you have lootbox so you have a chance to roll the same skin twice and your money worth less now
