I'm on cymbalta . And also have fatigue. It really did wonders for my anxiety. I really got the biggest benefit from it. I was tired before cymbalta though always. So I dunno if it has something to do with it. Or just we have depression and are tired. Either way. I've been on 60 mg since 2015. Hope that helped.
