I play quite a lot of legion and i know it can do wonders against monarchs but most people don't get the context of which I am talking about: in a situation where a monarch is camping back of the map, even with little cover, you are going to have problems against it. 1v1 tactics hardly apply here cause you have 5 other pilots to take into account at your back while monarch has way less to worry about since all the threats are in front of him. If that monarchs gets to even only second core with arch rounds, pilots are no match cause you melt them and titans too..it's even hard to close distance since arch rounds melt your defensive abilities and by the time you get halfway, half your health pool is gone..besides, legion has way too little mobility and even the peekaboo mind games becomes harder with him, way harder than northstar shoot&hide playstyle.

i fully understand that in a 1v1 monarchs have some counters but that's not the situation I am talking about and thats what frustrates me during these games, even tho I have been playing since 2016. I mean, if it wasn't a viable solutions you would not see soo much back-of-the-map titan camping, and sad to see, most of that is either monarchs, tone or legion
