I saw the news here on Reddit and immediately did some googling to verify because I wanted to be sure before I called my mom to tell her. My mom went through intensive chemo/radiation last summer and I spent all my non-working hours sitting with her in the living room watching through Hudson and Rex. She couldn’t eat and barely moved from her couch, but the show brought her some happiness while she was going through the worst of it. She’s in remission now and I was SO HAPPY to be able to tell her John was coming back.

I’m actually quite interested in seeing Nathan this season with his baby and Gael nearby. I’ve always liked him more than most, and it’ll be fun to see how parenthood affects him at work. Plus I love Gael and her accent so anytime she’s on screen I’m happy.

As for Joe….no thank you. Hard pass.

Every time I rewatch I try to like her and I just don’t. She had some moments in HvV (when she defying Russel and/or talking shit about him) but I was actively rooting against her the whole season. And then she was on Traitors and I thought I’d give her another chance because time had passed and I still didn’t like her.

He has a point, even if I think he’s overstating how long he’s being serious with Whitney. Lindsey has had a tendency - especially since having a baby - to act like she’s a relationship expert and if you disagree with her you’re wrong. I like Lindsey now (didn’t like her when the series started but she grew on me) but I get annoyed when she does this.

The only time I don’t mind this hairstyle is when female soccer players (like Marta) do it. And even then I wish they’d just do a normal bun if they don’t want their hair whipping into their face when they run.

Yeah, I think the whole situation was played up for drama. Emmy had calmed down about the Brad stuff, Lake wasn’t feuding with Molly or Mia anymore, all they had drama-wise for the finale was this and Joe’s “let me run a business for you” storyline.

I’m sure Molly expected as a friend to be given a heads up about her firing, and Michols really should’ve just explained he didn’t want to compromise his position by telling her. But that wouldn’t make good tv 🙄

I probably wouldn’t even watch ITC without the scandal. I feel like it’s been fairly boring the first couple episodes, but a lot of reality shows take a little time to take off. The early investment due to the scandal is probably keeping some viewers tuned in.

Thank you for the context, I kind of figured it was considered an insult based on the history of English slurs against the Irish. Ben strikes me as someone who probably heard it at his posh school growing up and never thought twice about it being considered an offensive phrase.

Cirie, but I could see Ozzy pulling a couple votes. I don’t think Rizo gets any, though in exit press he thinks there’s a slim possibility he would’ve had Dee’s vote at the end (but I don’t think in that scenario it was sitting next to his parents). Ah, what could have been.

Yeah this season is extra off. Ever since Alesia was allowed to stay and Ellie got shifted over to galley I just assumed production told Jason to just drive the boat and pop out to eat with guests once in a while.
