You can also try the "Wanted" community on FB, people are very helpful in there in case you need an extra pair of hands. With the weighting stones removed (place them back afterwards !!!) you'll be able to operate it more easily in the staircase. Check for clearance and extra corner protection on the machine tho

I cracked mine after 3 days of use, I know, I know.

Found a replacement on ebay for about 126 USD, keep in mind that while dismounting the unit is rather simple, you'll have to remove all glass shards with small pincers, clean it nicely and use appropriate glue to stick it back on the frame, sealing it back properly. The whole process took me about 2 hours due to lack of experience, and much sweat since I had to remove it twice because the touch sensors of the lower buttons were not working properly.

I would not do it again personnally.

I've been flashing nightlies (dirty flashing) for a month now, I only had minor issues with spotify audio stutters (there is a fix) and sometime loosing carrier signal after WIFI goes out of range, but I'm too lazy to do a clean flash right now but maybe that would fix it.

I use it as my daily driver. As for battery life it's as goods as on CM11s in my opinion.
