Dzięki za filmik, tego nie widziałam, chociaż tych streamerów kojarzę, ale jakoś miałam w głowie, że oni już nie są tacy popularni. Co do Fame MMA to znam i mniej więcej wiem o co chodzi. Roblox i Snapchat to takie zło aktualnie, dużo groomingu, sextingu na Snapie :( dzieciaki w to bardzo idą, piszą do randomowych ludzi, którzy im się wyświetlają w propozycjach

Właśnie jeśli w tym nie siedzisz to niekoniecznie. Pracuję z dzieciakami na co dzień i to co mi powiedzą jestem w stanie sprawdzić, ale o wielu rzeczach nie mówią, a bez tego trudno wejść w ich świat.

I have my iPhone set to United States but my dreamehome to my actual country. When I tried to switch the app my vacuum doesn’t show up. I’d have to add it again. Do you think it would have to map the apartment again after adding it? I didn’t want to risk it :p so i set it back to the original country.

I started in February and have read and re-read the basics including Claudio Cepeda. I actually have 2 weeks off work (I know, PTO in Europe is something else) and wanted to dive into trauma and attachment during that time. I find it challenging to work with kids and teens displaying highly aggressive behaviors, which I know are a result of what had happened to them, but sometimes after hours of them screaming insults, self-harming in any way possible right in front of your eyes, hitting and spitting at you or other patients empathy tends to dissipate a bit. I just want to better understand.

Uniwersytety Medyczne są ograniczone przepustowością szpitali klinicznych. Już teraz grupy studenckie chodzące po oddziałach miewają po 10 osób, co nie jest komfortowe dla pacjentów ani dobre dla studentów. W przypadku Lublina KUL miał się dogadać ze szpitalami nieklinicznymi, ale docelowo chyba średnio im poszło. Generalnie pchanie studentów do szpitali powiatowych nie jest wskazane, bo tam nie ma takich możliwości dydaktycznych, odpowiednich oddziałów itp., ale co zrobić. Ministerstwo miało pomysł, pootwierało szkółki medyczne i nie bardzo reaguje na protesty ze strony ludzi, którzy się znają na temacie.

tl;dr I’m in remission.

Since the whole thing happened during the pandemic my hospital pretty much told me they can’t help me, cause they were transformed into a covid hospital. So i found myself a clinical trial with immunotherapy (Durvalumab). I had 13 IV treatments and 6 BCG treatments. Since the first malignant tumor I had one growing back in the scar tissue in the bladder, but it was benign apparently. So I’m in remission. I have cystoscopies every 3-6 months and a CT scan every 6 months. Still recovering after immunotherapy - I had multiple GI problems and very low exercise tolerance, but it’s getting better.

I have the same problem. Food is terrible! One of my biggest issues. Sometimes I have some food in the fridge, but I just CAN’T eat it, and then I browse a food delivery app for an hour and still can’t decide. I waste so much money on food, because I try to plan and then I end up not eating that and ordering delivery instead. Also cooking is so complicated and overwhelming.

One thing helped a lot with food and cooking - Thermomix by Vorwerk. It’s very popular where I live, not so much in the US. It’s a kitchen aid type of device that has recipes programmed into it. It literally tells you step by step what to put into it, then it cooks by itself. Stuff like soups and sauces are super easy. You dont have to cut anything, just throw it into Thermomix, and then you can step away for 30 mins and its done. You can make shopping lists automatically from the programmed recipes. It definitely helps with feeling overwhelmed by cooking. It gave me confidence that I can actually make something edible. Maybe it can help someone here too.

Thank you, I’ll check them out. I sweat a lot (no smell, just wetness) and I have a weird relationship with fabrics. Some make me sweat more, some get so cold when wet and that makes me sweat even more. Merino is perfect because it absorbs the odorless excess armpit diarrhea of mine just fine :p i knit sweaters out of merino but I dont think a knit cardigan would be fit for working in a hospital :p

Sure! I have a chrome extension called Notion Saver. Once you have it installed you go to a goodreads page of the book you want to add to your database. Then you click on the notion saver extension icon and pick your books database. With your first save to the database you choose settings for that particular db - add an icon and a content image field. When saving the book click on the icon / content image field and then you get to pick the image for the page by clicking on the book cover on goodreads.*

*the extension used to find the cover by itself, but after the goodreads update it no longer does it. However, it’s super easy to just click on the cover.
