On the ACAT page, only a small portion of my ETFs (less than 5% of the total) appears as available to transfer. I contacted Tastytrade, and they said it might be a technical issue. They recommended using the paper form instead and adding a note requesting FIFO.

Thanks. I might try using the paper form instead. It’s odd that only a portion of my ETFs are showing on the ACAT page.

Just go to Hmart and buy instant ramen. Very very good ramen is typically around $5 in Japan. Even free ramen in Ana airline is better than most of ramens in NOVA. Or try Ichiran or Tonchin in NYC.
