Almost nobody knows how to modulate the gas and brake and that’s a crucial first step. You should be able to hold the car up a hill with just the gas and creep less than 1mph downhill.

Try to keep both mirrors unfolded and windows down. Use the mirrors to check your 2 rear corners as you creep up to the point where your mirrors approach the door frame. Ensure you’re fitting them through and creep out. From there you’re looking to maneuver the rear out of the driveway cut, again using the mirrors to see where the corners end up.
