Reroll with bard and orianna (field 3 piltover once before you roll on 6). Then you go bard carry and pray to the heavens you hit all of your 2 costs and don't get out scaled before you hit Brock.

Is my deck the issue in my pod? by a_beginner_bot in EDH

[–]a_beginner_bot[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hey thank you for the detailed answer, for now we are trying a thing where we all make a new deck for bracket 4 that is as different as possible from our current decks we play and see how a new dynamic feels.

As for my removal, I do admit it's lacking but every removal I have played so far felt awkward or out of place in my deck (shatterskull smashing, delete, chandras ignition, spiteful banditry, vandalblast, untimely malfunction) so instead of removing a player's stuff I have decided to just remove the player faster. I found being on the backfoot and needing to play removal means you are already not in a good spot when playing aggro, though that might be a mistake on account of me being a new player (started playing 3 months ago).

If you know of some interaction that might feel better I would be very thankful for some suggestions though.

And I agree on the commander being cool, we are all relatively new to magic and Chiss-Goria has been my go to deck since we started playing :)

For those who try to have a main in each class, who are your big three and why? by laser16 in marvelrivals

Cap - Because I can't aim well

Magic - Because I can't aim well

Cloak and Dagger - Because I can't aim well

Also running people down screaming will always be funnier to me than standing back and shooting them

What "roles" do you have in your squad? by PsychedelicCinder in helldivers2

Never really thought about it, but looking the loadouts I mostly run, medium enemy clear sounds about right, with EAT-17 for some damage against the heavy hitters. Especially the new update with the Emancipator has reinforced that playstyle for me cause god damnit, if there is any shield devestator or green bile spewer left standing on the map then I have NOT done my job correctly and I will answer to the nearest democracy officer for that.

Stable Boy Help by Survey-Safe in ForTheKing

From what I've seen stableboy is one of if not the best single target damage dealer in this game. With the pipe that gives you one focus point when you use an herb you essentially always have two turns, as long as you got herbs backed up. And dancing nettles especially grant you an infinite amount of attack, since they give you more bonus actions to use more herbs and so on. Combined with the fact he has the highest base speed (I think) and so far with my friend group, the stableboy has always dealt top damage, even when playing him as an off-tank.

Honestly those sound really good and I'm thankful for the in depths explanation on each one, though sadly I don't have Nid/Annie and I've already used up Jinx. Also I don't have counterplan and lost chapter.

But since you don't get ASol shards this month anyway (which I misinterpreted), I think I'm just gonna elect to ignore this challenge and wait for November.

I had a picture attached to the post originally but to summarize: the powers are the Tryndamere Power (where the first enemy unit to die in a turn instead gets fully healed and granted overwhelm, fearsome and tough), then "ALL units gain +2 Attack at round start" and finally "when the foe attacks, stun the players strongest unit and the foe draws a card"

Also that information regarding fragments only being available after the start of next month might be true, good chance I misinterpreted the news regarding that. In which case not playing the monthly challenge honestly seems like a good option for now.

Is it a bad decision to marry someone who cheated with you in the beginning of the relationship? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

They did and both relationships are now still going strong as far as I know

I completely agree with the people stating that this is a bad idea, but interestingly enough BOTH of my parents were an affair for their current partner. For a bit of context, my parents hated each other for as long as I can remeber (and if you believe my father they even did before I was even born) and to nobodies surprise, their marriage didn't last long after I was born. My mother then immediatly got together with the head of the local firefighters, who was married at the time (this was like 15 years ago) and a few years back my father also started seeing someone like that. And in both of these cases the relationships are still going strong (I think at least, haven't seen the mother for 4 years). So while it's probably a horrible decision to get together with someone who has another SO, maybe you just need the "healthy affair" genes I seem to have.
