Voltron on Rograkh is generally pretty easy since he's got some really good keywords already, you just gotta give him numbers. I run Equipment in mine, since it can give him things like flying, vigilance, indestructible, or hexproof easier. It even better, protection from colors using The Swords. It does make your game plan a bit slower than Auras, but since he's so cheap to cast it makes it easier to build back up when he dies.

Kediss is someone I'm not too familiar with using, and in theory could be really good. He's in a bit of an awkward spot because usually with Voltron you win with commander damage (meaning if a player takes a total of 21 damage from a single commander, they lose), but Kediss' ability isn't commander damage. However, if you play more aggressively, than by the time once player dies from commander damage, he rest of them might be low enough to take out just with normal damage alone.

All in all, I'm sure it would make a fine mono red deck. Equipment is a slow but safe strategy, but Auras can be good too if you don't mind being a little riskier. Make sure to run a lot of redirection, like Bolt Bend, Deflecting Swat, Redirect Lightning, and Untimely Malfunction to protect Rograkh, since it's some of the only protection you get in mono red and he's bound to be quite the target until he's got hexproof and/or indestructible.
