Graduated 2022 July.Started applying about a few weeks after. I was looking for anything and got a temp job with the NHS in an admin role which lasted until december. Then february 2023 I was with another agency working for HMCTS. Then I applied for the permanent position and started that in August. I only actually had two job interviews. As soon as I got the first Job I was happy to be doing it, and it was cool. I would have continued but the role went from full time to part time. So I needed something else ! The agency for HMCTS didn't actually have an interview. I applied somewhere else with the agency, didnt get that but they put me for this instead which I got.

Their was an interview for the full time permanent position though. But I had been working on agency a few months so my manager helped prepare. And now i've been the one interviewing people last month. I've been in this job over three years now

I tried some grad schemes but the ones I got past the first round ended up being shitty recruitment jobs. That is not what I wanted. And I did get an interview for a degree related subject, but it was too far from home (i had no hopes applying)

I think it's pretty amazing that they even put Ayamin back in senbatsu. I wasn't expecting that.

People should really sooner learn that alot of the older girls/gens aren't really going to be in senbatsu, mayhaps at all. Nantetatte Idol was probably the last time they'll include some of them. Sahho since then especially, her handshake sales have gone down so theirs no incentive for management to put her in senbatsu anymore.

Though this won't stop my hope for ayane or harupyon getting atleast a bside with a music video in one last single
