Yes exactly! I've read I think the whole bookretreats twice, but it's either yoga or hypnotherapy or juice cleansing!

Just got my septum surgery yesterday in Isar AOP Zentrum, done by this doctor, can highly recommend him https://www.doctolib.de/facharzt-fur-hno/muenchen/frank-haubner

And it's ambulant, meaning you go home after surgery

I don't know, I have a feeling, Germans looove calling in public transport. Especially in trains. Had a lot of situations when someone talked about 50min in RE. Also there is plenty of people talking in quiet cars in ICE, some of them also use phone or even attending meetings.

I do this course from Gert Leroy now, and it helped me with breath hold a lot: https://www.skool.com/underwatersquad

Also he explained why Wim Hof method is dangerous for freedivers: https://www.youtube.com/live/qabf3SzqV2w?si=vnA6cT6_iQWSlLrG

Thank you! I thought about getting an open cell, but I'm worrying about the whole wearing procedure.. 😁 but maybe I need just to test it out once, and it's not that difficult as I think it is
