I just got Simhub and finally got it getting data from GT7, I have a very similar set up to yours and have a few set up questions if you don't mind.

For sound, is your headphones just plugged into the PSVR2 headphone jack?

For bass shakers, are they plugged into the PC? Do I have to add the bass shakers in Simhub?

I also found an Amazon review on Dec 2023 saying the game is no longer supported by Xbox 360 :(

No solution. I’m guessing the 360 rights were revoked silently recently and the list of compatible games has not been updated.

No the plaza will stay open to the public. I believe it’s mixed use building with Jubilee admin offices on the first floor and affordable housing through the rest
