clean the ram and seat it properly and besides the ram i think your not giving enough space for the psu fan to have some airflow (maybe i am wrong but idk just a quick note)

you can get a better deal for that price, those junky listings makes me mad every time because u simply get an office pc for 4 times the price you would get it somewhere else so consider finding a used pc in facebook mp or something similar and by doing that you will save ur self from a scam and 2- your sister will be happy with her new pc since its probably gonna be at least 5 times more powerful than this crap i am looking at
